Tamla Jeffery
Tamla Jeffery is a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education teacher with over 15 years of experience across a range of leading independent schools, including Hurst, Brighton College, Roedean, and Brighton Girls.
Throughout her career, Tamla has taught and coached pupils from nursery age through to sixth form, with recent years spent leading sport provision in prep schools. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she has coached various disciplines but is most at home on the netball court.
Her passion for promoting a positive, active lifestyle has earned her recognition and respect both in the classroom and on the sports field.
Alex Smart
Alex Smart is an England Hockey Level 2 qualified coach and a Great Britain Advanced Coach Programme graduate with experience coaching young athletes in school, club and County environments.
She has run Hampstead & Westminster Hockey Club Juniors in London for 13 years and coaches hockey, netball, football and cricket at Brighton Girls, alongside club hockey at Brighton & Hove HC where she also plays.
Alex is passionate about encouraging young people to try a variety of sports and enjoying themselves.
